Tyler's Potential Eligible Case Management System meets a pressing need at VR agencies for improved controls over service management and payments for Potentially Eligible (PE) participants administered by third-party providers contracted by VR agencies. The goals of the system include:

  • Dramatically reduce the number of duplicate records from Potentially Eligible (PE) cases managed by contracted third-party vendors and VR staff that "seep" into the VR case management system.
  • Reduce RSA 911 reporting errors emanating from PE cases by automating the extract that delivers PE 911 data quarterly to VR.
  • Ensure the 15% budget allocation for PE is accurately tracked and reportable at the contract level and individual PE case level.
  • Provide an internal controls process for VR staff approval of services provided by contractor(s)
