We're still the 'go to' place on campus

The Memorial Student Center and Price Commons offer services, spaces, and opportunities critical to the student life experience. We will continue to make updates to this page as details become known and decisions are made regarding campus operations.

Operational Changes

Building Closure Updates

Memorial Student Center

In accordance with UW-Stout's Return to Work Plan, we anticipate a 'soft' reopening the Memorial Student Center on August 3, 2020.  Services will be limited during our soft opening.

Until the academic year begins, the MSC hours are:

  • Monday-Friday | 7:00am - 4:30pm
  • Saturday-Sunday | Closed

Price Commons

Price Commons will be open July 1-3, 2020, 7:00am - 4:30pm.

Beginning the week of July 6, the Commons will be open:

  • Monday-Friday | 7:00am - 4:30pm
  • Saturday-Sunday | Closed

Most of our staff will continue working virtually until August 3 to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.  We still are available and want to serve you the best we can.  Please visit our staff directory to contact us during normal business hours.  We will do our best to meet your needs.

Stoutfitters hours can be found on their website

Meeting Rooms

Our meeting room capacities are significantly decreased to accommodate social distancing.  We will have a ‘fixed set-up’ model in which each room will have a set-up that will remain the same.  This will allow our custodial team to spend more of their time on cleaning and disinfecting in rooms and throughout the building.
