At UW-Stout, we're proud to be woven into the small-town community of Menomonie, Wisconsin. We love this vibrant place, nestled among picturesque rolling hills with a thriving downtown scene. You'll feel at home with local shops and retailers within walking distance, and the nearby cities of Minneapolis-St. Paul and Eau Claire are under an hour's drive away.
10:00 AM to 2:00 PM - Sports and Fitness Center: The Annual Wellness Fair is a collaborative program planned by the Campus Wellness Committee. It is the largest health fair in Dunn County, featuring more than 50 health and wellness vendors from our community. Admission is free for all students, faculty, staff and community members!
5:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Sports and Fitness Center: The Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is hosting another Kids Night Out on April 6th. This event is open for all kids in kindergarten through 8th grade. There will be lots of activities throughout the night to keep them entertained, including basketball, dodgeball, arts and crafts, and more. 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Memorial Student Center: Attend UW-Stout's free film screening of No Small Matter in the MSC Great Hall.Discussion afterward led by Debra Lawrence, Ph.D., a trauma-informed expert with more than 35 years in the field of early care and education.High-quality early education isn’t just powerful — it’s possible.
